As you step into our gym, you'll find a spacious, clean, and well-lit training area. We feature two matted areas: a front large grey room and a back red room. Our high-quality mats are specifically designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment, perfect for practising techniques and rolling sessions. The mats are soft yet firm, offering a safe landing and helping you focus on your movements while minimising the risk of impact injuries.

For your convenience and recovery, an infrared sauna and a selection of kettlebells are available for members to use as part of their membership. Our infrared sauna is a fantastic way to aid muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and promote overall well-being after a challenging training session. Our dedicated male and female locker rooms are equipped with showers and ample space for you to change and prepare comfortably. You'll also appreciate our free car park, providing plenty of space so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.
