Why train?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It emphasises technique and leverage over size and strength, making it an effective self-defense system for people of all ages and abilities.

BJJ makes fitness fun, builds friendships, and makes participants stronger physically and mentally.
